Cloud Engineer
to join their team in
Charlotte, NC (fully remote, local candidates preferred)

The role focuses on cloud support, monitoring, and automation, where you’ll gain hands-on experience with Terraform, scripting, and cloud infrastructure while contributing to platform reliability and continuous improvement.

Experience of the right candidate:

• 1+ year of experience in cloud engineering, system administration, or similar
• Hands-on experience with AWS (core services, networking, or infrastructure)
• Scripting experience (Python preferred; Bash, PowerShell, or Go acceptable)
• Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments and basic networking concepts
• Understanding of cloud monitoring tools and automation concepts

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting for cloud platforms
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and escalate issues as needed
• Assist with platform automation through basic scripting
• Support routine maintenance, patching, and system updates
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement, system reliability, and scalability efforts
• Help implement best practices in cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
