Cloud Engineer

The Role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will bridge the gap between high-level cloud architecture and deep backend programming. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust services within the Azure ecosystem, ensuring that our products are scalable, secure, and highly performant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Backend Mastery:
Design and build complex services using C# and the .NET framework.
- Cloud Orchestration:
Leverage a wide array of Azure services (APIM, Azure SQL, Container Services) to power innovative insurance products.
- Modern Delivery:
Operate within a mature DevOps environment, focusing on container-based deployments and infrastructure as code.
- Collaboration:
Work within a dynamic team to solve architectural challenges and drive technical excellence.

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 7+ years
of deep experience in
C#/.NET
backend programming.
- 5–8+ years
of hands-on
Azure Cloud Platform
expertise.
- 4+ years
of experience with:
- Azure SQL
and
Azure API Management (APIM)
.
- Azure Container Service
and container-based deployments.
- Working within a high-velocity
DevOps environment
.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
experience (4+ years).
- Experience with
TDD (Test-Driven Development)
or
BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
