Escrow Coordinator
Role summary
The Escrow Coordinator is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing critical aspects of the home buying and selling closing process. This role involves extensive customer interaction, document preparation, and coordination to ensure a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include collecting documents, ordering services like payoffs and surveys, preparing settlement statements, and managing data. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with technology like Google Suite and specialty software such as Qualia, and the ability to manage competing deadlines. The role primarily focuses on Texas closings but may expand to other states. This position reports to the Escrow Manager.
About the Role
The Escrow Coordinator is responsible for managing key functions in the closing process for our home buying and selling customers, to ensure they have a seamless experience. From post-contract to close, you will be on the front lines of customer engagement where you’ll use strong problem-solving and process execution to drive outcomes. You will manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines, easily adhere to new processes quickly and stay on top of modifications as the business evolves.
This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Texas, reporting directly to the Escrow Manager.
