Escrow Coordinator
Role summary
The Escrow Coordinator is responsible for managing key functions in the closing process for home buying and selling customers, ensuring a seamless experience from post-contract to close. This fully remote, full-time role requires strong problem-solving and process execution skills to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Key responsibilities include document preparation, ordering payoffs and surveys, preparing settlement statements, processing title requests, reviewing contracts, managing data and document storage, and coordinating closing times. The role primarily focuses on Texas closings but may involve working files in other states. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as an Escrow Coordinator, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency with technologies like Google Suite and specialty software such as Qualia.
About the Role
The Escrow Coordinator is responsible for managing key functions in the closing process for our home buying and selling customers, to ensure they have a seamless experience. From post-contract to close, you will be on the front lines of customer engagement where you’ll use strong problem-solving and process execution to drive outcomes. You will manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines, easily adhere to new processes quickly and stay on top of modifications as the business evolves.
This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Texas, reporting directly to the Escrow Manager.
