Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
with a strong background in the
banking and financial services domain
, specializing in
large-scale transformation initiatives
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic change across business and technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage
end-to-end transformation programs
within the banking domain (e.g., digital transformation, core banking modernization, regulatory initiatives).
- Oversee
large, cross-functional teams
including business consultants, architects, developers, QA, and external vendors.
- Drive
program governance
, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with
senior leadership and business stakeholders
to define program vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Ensure alignment between
business objectives and technology delivery
.
- Manage
budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
across multiple workstreams.
- Identify risks and implement
mitigation strategies
to ensure successful delivery.
- Foster a culture of
collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
.
- Ensure adherence to
regulatory and compliance requirements
in banking.
- Drive adoption of
Agile methodologies
as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in
program/project management
, with at least 5+ years in the
banking/financial services sector
.
- Strong development experience and background
- Strong experience managing
large-scale transformation programs
(e.g., digital banking, payments, lending platforms, core systems).
- Proven ability to lead
large teams (50+ members)
across multiple geographies.
- Experience working with both
technical teams and consulting stakeholders
.
- Deep understanding of
banking processes
(Retail, Corporate, Payments, Risk, Compliance, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of
program governance frameworks and delivery methodologies
.
- Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills
.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with
core banking platforms
- Certifications such as
PMP, PgMP, SAFe
- Exposure to
cloud transformation, data platforms, or fintech integrations
.
- Strong consulting background is a plus.
- Ability to operate in a
