Your Mission (The Role)
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will treat Manhattan as your own business ecosystem. Your goal is to be the first name clinical coordinators and advocates think of when a family needs help.
Core Responsibilities:

Spend your days in the field, building authentic connections through 15–25 high-impact face-to-face interactions daily.
- Strategic Partnerships:
Cultivate a "gold-standard" network of clinical coordinators, discharge planners, and legal advocates.
- Educate & Inspire:
Conduct 1:1 meetings and group presentations to show how our solutions simplify the referral process and improve lives.
- Entrepreneurial Growth:
Own your territory. Use data and CRM insights to execute outreach plans that drive client acquisition.
- High-Touch Onboarding:
Be the bridge for new families, providing consultative support to ensure their transition into our care is seamless and stress-free.
