We are seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst to execute the implementation, maintenance, and support of our security systems and procedures. This role is responsible for performing regular system audits, preparing security reports, partnering with our external SOC, and upgrading our systems to provide maximum security.

The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of IT security principles, techniques, and protocols across the domains of systems, networking, firewalls, and log analysis.

Key Responsibilities

·     Execute the firm’s information security strategy

·     Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments

·     Prepare comprehensive security reports with recommendations for improvement

·     Maintain the firm’s ISO 27001 certification

·     Monitor network traffic for unusual activity

·     Document and maintain security policies and procedures

·     Facilitate security training and awareness programs

·     Respond immediately to security events

·     Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data

·     Coordinate security responses and reporting with external SOC

Required Qualifications

·     Proven work experience as a Security Analyst or similar role

·     Hands-on experience with:

  • Cisco networking and security technologies
  • Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security platforms
  • Microsoft Azure security architecture and services
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity governance and conditional access

·     Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technology issues and solutions non-technical stakeholders

·     Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures

·     Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, forensics tools and techniques

·     Familiarity with IT Service Management ticketing tools, such as FreshService or ManageEngine.

·     Experience with outsourced SIEM, SOC operations, and security monitoring tools

·     Background in hybrid or cloud-first enterprise environments

·     Professional certification in security field (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM highly recommended)
