UI Designer

<Responsibilities>

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear design strategies.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Zeplin to communicate concepts effectively.
• Design engaging layouts and interaction flows that prioritize usability and accessibility across various devices, including mobile applications and responsive web platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, refine designs, and ensure optimal user satisfaction.
• Apply best practices in information architecture, data visualization, and interaction design to create intuitive user flows and seamless navigation experiences.
• Incorporate feedback from A/B testing, analytics tools like Google Analytics 360, and user acceptance testing to iteratively improve interface designs.
• Maintain consistency with design patterns, visual standards, and branding guidelines while embracing innovative design thinking approaches.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in front-end development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and React Express frameworks.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, UI/UX principles, wireframing, layout design, and interaction design for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes to support iterative product development.
• Knowledge of data analysis skills using SQL or web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 to inform design decisions.
• Experience working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Zeplin or similar platforms.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive web design principles, and usability best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research, requirements gathering, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows creation efficiently.
• Excellent analysis skills combined with a creative mindset to develop innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Pay: $75,226.05 - $90,594.81 per year
