Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Pave, you’ll work directly with the CTO and head of Design to define and drive products that move and manage money for advisors and their clients. This role will include interaction with nearly every function at the company from engineering, design, go-to-market teams, legal and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into impactful, high-quality products. You’ll work across many product surface areas, from building tools to enable successful back-office and trade-facilitation operations to educating and building trust with our customer base through their onboarding and portfolio management workflows. Our current initiatives are tied to improving advisor adoption, trading reliability, and expanding revenue.

Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and backlog, setting clear priorities based on data, user research, and stakeholder input initiatives
- Define problems and requirements with precision, driving measurable outcomes across
- Lead cross-functional execution, balancing tradeoffs across UX, compliance, and technical constraints
- Apply domain expertise in investing and wealth management to accelerate decision-making and reduce onboarding ramp
- Build and scale a product team as the company's surface area grows
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of product management or related experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, or strong demonstrated technical fluency
- Proven track record of launching 0-to-1 products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Prior experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services, with a working understanding of financial systems, brokerages, and/or trading platforms
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams across engineering, design, legal, and go-to-market
- Comfortable adapting communication style and approach to a wide range of stakeholders and working styles
- Familiarity with or curiosity about using AI tools in product development workflows
- Genuine enthusiasm for building inclusive, high-energy team culture and contributing to a collaborative office environment
Compensation & Role Details
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $170,000
- Equity: Competitive equity package with a 3-year vest and 1-year cliff, reflecting an opportunity to grow with the company at an early and exciting stage
- Hybrid — 3 days per week in our Manhattan office
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
