Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Visual Product Designer. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and refine user-centered product solutions that align with both user needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create visual designs and prototypes. Conducting user research, testing, and iterating on designs will be central to your responsibilities to ensure seamless user experiences. Attention to detail, design standards, and innovation will be key in shaping the company's product offerings.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Visual Design and strong aesthetic sensibility
Expertise in Design Thinking methodologies and problem-solving approaches
Experience with User Research and UX Research to gather insights and validate ideas
Background in Product Design with the ability to conceptualize and implement user-centered solutions
Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Knowledge or experience in healthcare or dental technologies is a plus
