You know this market. We're building what comes next.
You've spent the last 5+ years as a Senior AE at one of the global CX / BPO leaders —
Teleperformance, Concentrix, Foundever, Alorica, TTEC, Atento, TaskUs, Transcom, Genpact, VXI,
or similar. You've closed multi-million-dollar, multi-year CX deals. You know what a WFM license costs, what AHT looks like at scale, and exactly which line items a VP of Customer Experience is trying to cut before the next board meeting.
You've also watched the ground shift. AI pilots are everywhere. Renewals are harder every cycle. The per-seat economics that carried this industry for twenty years are cracking — and you can feel it in every QBR.
We're

, and we're building the AI call center the market is shopping for: voice agents that handle real customer conversations end-to-end, at a fraction of a seat cost, deployable in weeks instead of quarters. We're looking for someone who deeply understands this buyer, this budget, and this pain — selling a product that actually solves it.
What you'll do
- Own the full enterprise cycle
into CX buyers (VP/SVP Customer Experience, CCO, COO, Head of Contact Center, Procurement)
- Build pipeline
through outbound, events, partnerships, and inbound — from scratch, the right way
- Run real discovery
against the use cases that actually move — tier-1 support, outbound, collections, scheduling, verification, overflow
- Partner with our solutions team
on pilots, then expand customers into production
- Shape the motion.
Pricing, ICP, messaging, compensation plan, partner strategy — you'll have a real seat at the table on all of it
Who you are
- 5+ years
selling enterprise CX / BPO / contact-center services, with
at least 3 at a top-10 global BPO
- Track record of
$2M+ ARR quotas
and
$500K+ average deal size
- Credible and fluent with CX, operations, and procurement leaders at Fortune 1000 scale
- Fluent in call center economics: seat cost, utilization, AHT, FCR, CSAT, NPS, deflection, shrinkage
- Comfortable being early — this is a founding AE seat, not a fully built desk. You'll be figuring things out alongside the founders.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI, automation, or voice/IVR platforms alongside services
- Vertical depth in
BFSI, healthcare, retail / e-commerce, or telco
- A real, developed opinion on why the traditional BPO model doesn't survive the next five years
