Dental Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental practice, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in multi tasking. Dental front office experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office schedule effectively.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
• Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication.
