What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead end-to-end enterprise-scale Salesforce programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Own program governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting
• Drive proactive status tracking, ensuring visibility on scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including business, architects, development, QA, and integration
• Act as the single point of accountability for program delivery and outcomes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of [RATE REDACTED]+ years as a Program Manager specifically managing Salesforce programs
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Proven experience in complex integrations (API/Middleware/MuleSoft, etc.) and large-scale data migration programs
• Experience managing multi-team, distributed delivery (onsite/offshore)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
