Senior HR Business Partner
Role summary
PLACE is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with business unit leaders and drive organizational planning, talent strategy, and employee relations. This role involves owning a functional area within the People Operations Center of Excellence, such as Performance Management & Rewards or Culture & Engagement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with 7+ years of experience, adept at navigating complex employee relations, coaching leaders, and translating business goals into talent strategies. Strong analytical skills, a solid grasp of employment law, and experience building CoE programs are essential. Familiarity with HRIS and performance management tools is a plus.

Who Develops You: VP of Human Resources
What You're Great At:
You're a seasoned HR professional with 7+ years of progressive experience, including time spent as an HR Business Partner navigating complex employee relations issues with objectivity and care. You know how to coach leaders through tough conversations and translate business goals into talent strategies that actually move the needle. You've built or governed a CoE-style program before — whether that's performance management, engagement, onboarding, or compliance — and you're comfortable being the go-to expert multiple stakeholders rely on. You're analytical at your core, able to turn data into insights leadership can act on, and you have a solid grasp of employment law that keeps HR practices compliant and risk-aware. You communicate with clarity and build trust easily across all levels of an organization. A PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification is a strong plus, and familiarity with HRIS and performance management tools (ADP experience a bonus) rounds out your toolkit.
What You'll Do:
Salary: $100,000-$120,000/year depending on experience
