Role summary
Plaid is seeking a strategic People Partner to collaborate with the HRBP Lead and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership. This role will lead employee relations, including complex investigations and performance management, acting as the primary advocate for teams. You will also partner to design and scale high-impact programs for GTM functions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of HR business partner experience, with expertise in workplace investigations, performance management, proactive issue spotting, and data-driven root cause analysis. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is required, with a preference for candidates who have partnered with GTM leaders.

Plaid is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to serve as a key collaborator for our HRBP Lead and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership. In this role, you will lead the charge on all employee relations—from conducting complex investigations to elevating performance management—while serving as the primary advocate and resource for our teams. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll partner with the HRBP Lead and leadership to design and scale high-impact programs that drive the success of our GTM functions.
