Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating and managing communications with project customers, and end-users and sponsors through the entire project life cycle.
• Working with project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities, and providing direction to ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.
• Managing the project scope, addressing challenges, and finding effective solutions to keep the projects on track.
• Utilizing tools to manage project’s objectives, deliverables, timeline, resources, and budgets.
• Create and maintain project related documents throughout the project life cycle like BRD, FRD, User Stories...

Skills and Experience required:

• Prior experience of 2-5+ years’ as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Managing software and application deployments for complex technical solutions for SaaS and cloud services.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management Methodologies.
• Heavy attention to detail and planning experience.
• Proficiency using visual presentation and project tracking tools.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills along with the right attitude.
• Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to manage a team but also work in a team.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Engineering / Business Analyst / Business Administration/ Information Systems.
• Additional Certifications in IT areas will be an added advantage.
