Role summary
Prescient Edge is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Program Manager to support a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. This role requires extensive experience in intelligence operations, specifically as a CAT 1 HUMINT collector, Targeteer, or Desk Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of intelligence methodologies, analytical rigor, and knowledge management. A Master's degree and a current active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph are mandatory. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience working as a CAT 1 HUMINT collector, Targeteer, Desk Officer, or similar.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
- Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
- Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
- Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal to no oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
Requirements:
- 20 Years of experience.
- Must have 10 years of experience working in the I.C.
- Must have experience HUMINT Targeting, HUMINT Operations Support, HUMINT Collection Management, and Computer Scientist.
Education:
- 4-year College Degree (no specific major)
- Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Security clearance:
- Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
