Role summary

Prime Health Technologies is seeking a Technical Product Manager to translate product vision into clear direction and effective execution for their personalized health platform. This role involves synthesizing complex inputs from founders, engineers, and designers into actionable product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans. The ideal candidate will thrive in a startup environment, bringing clarity, momentum, and accountability to a fast-paced, multi-lane product development process. Responsibilities include defining requirements, building roadmaps, driving execution rhythms, and ensuring clear communication of progress and risks. Experience in healthtech, AI, and data-heavy platforms is preferred.

Prime Health Technologies is building the future of personalized, proactive health. We are creating a scalable health platform designed to help individuals improve health outcomes through biomarker insights, behavioral data, wearable inputs, AI-driven recommendations, and personalized action. At the same time, we are building enterprise-grade infrastructure that can support governments, insurers, and large organizations looking to improve population health and reduce the burden of chronic disease.

We are now entering a critical build phase and are looking for a
Technical Product Manager

who can help translate vision into clear product direction and effective execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, knows how to organize moving pieces, and can work across scientist-founders, engineers, architects, designers, and stakeholders to turn diverse inputs into clear product requirements, priorities, and execution plans, bringing  clarity, momentum, and accountability to a high-ambition product.

This role will initially lean more heavily toward product clarification, requirements synthesis, and roadmap shaping, with increasing responsibility for execution tracking, cross-functional coordination, and delivery follow-through as priorities solidify.

Role Overview

We need someone who can take big-picture product thinking, technical architecture, and evolving priorities and turn them into:

  • clear initiatives and priorities
  • clear owners
  • actionable product requirements
  • realistic sequencing and timelines
  • visible dependencies and tradeoffs
  • consistent follow-through
  • shipped progress

You will help us break down large systems into executable workstreams, keep teams aligned around what matters most, drive follow-through, surface blockers early, and help leadership stay focused on the highest-leverage decisions.

You should be comfortable working inside a startup environment where not everything is fully defined yet, but where speed, ownership, and clarity matter.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product vision, system architecture, technical constraints, and founder priorities into clear product requirements, initiatives, epics, tasks, and delivery plans
  • Build and maintain a master roadmap across platform areas such as onboarding, diagnostics, AI orchestration, health intelligence, user engagement, and enterprise capabilities
  • Work closely with founders, architects, engineers, and designers to clarify requirements, scope, priorities, and sequencing
  • Break down complex concepts and requirements into actionable workstreams with clear owners, dependencies, and milestones
  • Drive execution rhythms including weekly planning, status reviews, follow-ups, and blocker resolution
  • Keep leadership informed on progress, risk areas, slippage, and tradeoffs, and emerging dependencies
  • Help identify missing requirements, open questions, cross-functional gaps, and hidden dependencies before they become problems
  • Improve execution discipline without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Bring structure to a fast-moving, multi-lane product environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Major initiatives are clearly broken down, prioritized, and actively moving
  • The roadmap is current, usable, and tied to reality
  • Team members know what is being built now, next, and later- and why
  • Blockers are surfaced early and ownership is clear
  • Requirements, scope, and sequencing are clear enough for teams to execute with confidence
  • Leadership spends less time chasing details and more time making decisions
  • Product execution speeds up because clarity and coordination improve
  • Complex architecture and requirements get translated into buildable plans

Qualities of a good candidate

  • Strong experience in technical product management or in a hybrid product and delivery role in a complex software environment
  • A track record of working closely with engineering teams on complex software products
  • The ability to understand architecture at a practical level and translate it into requirements, priorities, and execution
  • Experience managing cross-functional work across product, engineering, design, data, and leadership
  • Strong written communication, follow-through, and organizational discipline
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity without losing momentum
  • A bias toward action and progress, not just documentation

Experience in:

Healthtech, particularly digital health

  • AI products
  • LLM-based systems
  • Data-heavy platforms
  • Wearables or biomarker-driven products
  • Founder-led startups
  • Early-stage or rapidly evolving product environments

Role Structure

  • Fractional to start
  • Opportunity to transition into a larger full-time role based on fit and performance
  • Remote
  • US time zone overlap strongly preferred

Prime Health is building something ambitious at the intersection of health, AI, behavior change, and large-scale systems transformation. This is a chance to step into an important role early, help shape how execution happens, and become a key force behind turning a big vision into a real platform.

If you are someone who can bring order to complexity, push important work forward, and help technical teams stay aligned and effective, we’d love to hear from you.
