Role summary

Seeking a Founding Engineer to build full-stack products from inception to launch. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who loves talking to users, can work across the entire stack, and has startup experience making product decisions. This role requires a pragmatic approach to engineering and a strong aptitude for AI, with an expectation of running at least two AI agents. **About You**

* Built full-stack products from 0 to 1. You've shipped things people actually use.
* You love to talking to users.
* You can work across the entire stack on whatever needs building.
* You've worked at a startup where you owned features end-to-end and made product decisions.
* Pragmatic about engineering decisions. You know when to ship and when to polish
* Should be one of the most AI enabled engineers in the world. You should have at least 2 agents running right now. We have an unlimited AI budget for all team members…and that should make you ridiculously excited.

* $220K-$280K
* 1.5-2.5% equity
* 95th percentile health/vision/dental
* Unlimited AI budget
* Incredible office in downtown SF. Equipment budget, meals, etc.
* Full relocation if needed
