Role summary

A Canadian food and beverage manufacturer seeks a Sourcing Data Analyst to support sourcing decisions through data analytics, demand forecasting, and spend analysis. The role involves maintaining data integrity, building reporting tools, and managing vendor data within an ERP system. This position offers career growth in a high-performance environment and requires 2+ years of experience in data analytics or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Reporting to the Sr. Sourcing Manager, this role focuses on data analytics, demand forecasting, and sourcing support. You'll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, analyzing spend and pricing, and supporting supplier and sourcing decisions.
Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize demand and sourcing data, ensuring accuracy and usability
  • Build forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Conduct spend and pricing analysis to support cost savings and negotiations
  • Manage vendor setup, pricing updates, and ERP data integrity
  • Support supplier payments, rebates, and invoice discrepancy resolution
  • Drive data-driven improvements across sourcing processes and tools

Requirements

  • 2+ years in data analytics or supply chain
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an asset
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
