A customer-focused and energetic Leasing Agent is sought to join a property management team. This role involves greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, managing leads and applications, and maintaining knowledge of market trends. The agent will also support resident retention and marketing efforts. The position requires 1+ year of leasing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills are necessary, with property management software experience being a plus. Weekend availability may be required. Pay:
$22.00 per hour + $50 commission per move-in
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and online
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and applications in a timely manner
- Process applications and maintain accurate leasing files
- Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and market trends
- Support resident retention through excellent customer service
- Assist with marketing efforts and online listings

- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (property management software a plus)
