Job Overview
The Seago Group at Bayou City Living is seeking a licensed Texas Realtor to join our growing leasing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, professional agent who is experienced in rentals, understands the Houston market, and is looking for consistent opportunities with strong team support.
You will work closely with our property manager and transaction coordinator while assisting clients in finding rental properties throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Work with rental clients to identify and secure suitable properties
- Schedule and conduct in-person showings across Houston and surrounding areas
- Run accurate rental comps to determine competitive pricing
- List and market rental properties on MLS and social media platforms
- Communicate rental rates, lease terms, and expectations clearly to clients
- Negotiate lease agreements, applications, and renewals
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate License (REQUIRED)
- Experience with leasing, rental comps, and MLS listings preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Houston rental market
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for showings
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Agents must be willing to transfer brokerages
