AI Engineer

Role Description

This role is for an AI Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to support business needs. In this position, you will work with data, models, and systems to build intelligent applications that improve efficiency, automation, and decision-making.

As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to design and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven features. You will assist in preparing data, selecting appropriate algorithms, and integrating models into production environments.

Key responsibilities include building and testing models, optimizing performance, and ensuring that AI solutions are reliable and scalable. You will also contribute to monitoring model performance and making improvements based on feedback and data insights.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate understanding of machine learning concepts
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python
• Understanding of data processing and model training workflows
• Knowledge of common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is preferred
