Job Overview:
The Senior Program Manager will oversee and manage complex programs, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:

o Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or relevant field.; Eight+ years’ experience in digital production, with four+ leading producers or intake teams.
o Trusted expert in digital production; Fluent in digital tools and workflows, and able to operate effectively across digital, marketing, brand, and tech teams.
o Experience delivering web and app-based content projects; Strong proficiency in Workfront, SharePoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
o Communicate clearly across all levels; Comfortable escalating for support as needed; Well versed in controlling actuals vs. plan.

Pay Range:
$60hr - $65hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
