Role summary
Incedo is seeking a Senior SDET to ensure software quality by developing and maintaining automation frameworks, tools, and scripts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in test automation tools like Selenium or TestNG, programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experienced with CI/CD pipelines and Agile testing methodologies. Experience in the Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Banking industry is preferred.

Role Description
As a Technical Lead - SDET at Incedo, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to ensure software quality. You will also participate in code reviews, develop test plans, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and develop software development engineering testing solutions using tools such as Java and Python.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Configure and deploy SDET solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
Technical Skills
Skills Requirements:
• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or C#.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Financial Services, Wealth Management or Banking industry experience.
• Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
• Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications
• 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
