Test Engineer

Qualis LLC is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to provide support for our government customer in Redstone Arsenal, AL. The selected candidate will develop and execute system test, collaborate with engineering and requirements SME’s to coordinate, author, review, and revise test plan, test procedures, data management and analysis plans, and test reporting.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and maintain test and evaluation plans and associated planning documentation
• Support development and management of system verification plans and activities
• Support other systems engineering processes and documents
• Coordinate with engineering subject matter expects to author test content and deliverables, which include test objectives, test measures, test procedures, data analysis
• Perform day-of- test roles that include guiding test activities
• Ensure test integration and alignment with Vendors or other test stakeholders.
• Other test-related activities as system and need evolves

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Technical and analytic understanding of satellite and ground system interaction
• Five years experience in systems engineering or test and evaluation
• Experience in system test or planning and execution of other types of analytic activities
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ten years of experience in systems engineering or test and evaluation
