Data Analyst / Engineer
Role summary
Quest Global is seeking a Data Analyst/Engineer with expertise in the logistics and supply chain domain. The role involves building data pipelines, creating data models using Python, DBT, and Airflow, and integrating data from various sources into Snowflake for insights. You will perform data analysis, build models for business decisions, and create data visualizations using tools like Tableau. Experience with SQL, Python, and domain knowledge in shipping, freight, logistics, and procurement is essential. The position requires a focus on data quality, trend identification, and monitoring KPIs to drive efficient business decisions for Fortune 500 clients.

What You Will Do
- Experience in shipping and fright domain
- Experience in Shipping / Carriers / Modes of delivery / Metrics
- Experience in Logistics, Procurement and Invoice
- Experience in Transport warehouse operations
- Integrate Shipping and fright tracking / order fulfillment using Snowflake for insights
- Build data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources
- Perform analysis for stakeholders and other non-technical professionals. Build models to generate actionable insights for making efficient business decisions.
- Perform data validation checks, identify and rectifying errors, and maintaining a quality standard throughout the data's lifecycle.
- Explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
What You Will Bring
- Create and improve data visualization tools like Tableau
- Work with Snowflake & it’s built in infrastructure, SQL, Python, Excel, & Numbers
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and forward-looking data models using custom Python, DBT, and Airflow solution to obtain the right mix of ETL/ELT pipelines
- Processes to extract and integrate data from a variety of sources, including third-party tools, internal/external application databases, and internal/external AI/ML service APIs.
- Monitor KPIs / Analytics

Pay Range:
$105000- $115000
