About the Role:

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a highly experienced Information Technology Data Analyst Lead responsible for driving end-to-end data analysis, design, and implementation of analytics solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence to support organizational decision-making, quality improvement, and data-driven strategies in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle data analysis including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and validation
  • Design, implement, and maintain databases for tracking organizational quality and performance metrics
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries across transactional, analytical, and large-scale data systems
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems and interfaces
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain database systems and reporting tools
  • Generate reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data collection processes and analytics solutions
  • Perform data mining and advanced analytics using SQL and BI tools
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis for business and clinical improvements
  • Act as a subject matter expert for data tools including Excel, Access, and reporting platforms
  • Mentor and guide technical team members on data-related initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Advanced SQL programming skills for data analysis and data consumption
  • Strong experience working with large datasets in OLTP, OLAP, and MPP environments
  • Experience with Big Data platforms such as Hadoop, Hive, or Impala
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Looker, or MicroStrategy
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
