About the Role:

One of our clients is hiring for a senior-level professional to lead complex, large-scale construction projects within highly regulated environments. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives while leading cross-functional teams and managing EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of large-scale construction projects (>$25M) from planning through completion
• Manage EPC contractors, construction contracts, and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value analysis
• Direct planning and scheduling activities, including progress tracking and reporting
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Review and approve contractor invoices and procurement documentation
• Provide technical input on engineering and design deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• Present project updates and performance insights to senior leadership

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale construction/project environments
• 5+ years of experience leading project teams
• Strong experience in nuclear or highly regulated industries
• Experience working with DOE, NNSA, NRC, DOD, or similar regulatory frameworks
• Expertise in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, and risk management
• Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs
