Role summary

The Product Manager will support the transformation of OAI's product management practices from waterfall methodologies. This role involves defining product structures (L1-L3), developing and leading intake and change delivery workflows, and spearheading strategic program management. The Product Manager will lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of high-impact products that generate significant business and customer value. Key responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams and defining and communicating product strategy to leadership.

Job Description:

-Support OAI Product Management transformation from waterfall

-Define product structure L1-L3

-Develop and lead intake & change delivery workflow processes

-Lead Strategic Program Management

-Lead strategy, definition and deliver on high impact products that drive measurable business and customer value.

-Partners with cross functional teams

-Define and communicate a product strategy with Leadership
