Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Irvine, CA. This is an in-office role in a collaborative environment, working closely with the Support Desk team and cross-functional IT partners to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient office technology services.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on infrastructure engineer with strong experience across networking, cloud, identity, monitoring, and automation. This role will support and improve core infrastructure platforms while helping drive reliability, security, and operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments
• Support and optimize storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring platforms
• Partner with enterprise architects to translate target-state designs into operational infrastructure solutions
• Improve infrastructure reliability, performance, scalability, and security through proactive engineering and automation
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, configuration standards, and operational runbooks
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents and lead root-cause analysis and remediation efforts
• Support platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and decommissioning
• Ensure infrastructure solutions comply with security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with DevOps, application, security, cloud, operations, and Support Desk teams on enterprise initiatives and transformation programs
• Document technical designs, standards, and implementation procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
• Strong experience with Mac, Windows, and Linux platforms
• Strong knowledge of storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, and Entra ID
• Experience supporting Microsoft and Google Workspace environments
• Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Ansible
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, infrastructure standards, and service management practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work across multi-tenant environments, countries, and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into SecOps and monitoring
• Experience with SOC 2 Type 2 audits
• Experience with Apple Business Manager or JAMF

Pay: $94,506.16 - $125,856.88 per year
