Role Overview:

As an IT Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals
• Gather and prioritize product requirements and translate them into clear roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure product-market fit
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize features
• Stay updated on FinTech trends, market dynamics, and user needs

🧠
Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum
4+ years
of experience in product management (IT/Tech domain)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to FinTech or financial services products is highly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
