- About the Opportunity:
The Site Reliability Engineer III will lead the design and operation of cloud-native, Kubernetes-driven systems at scale. This role shapes real-time transaction screening platforms that secure global financial systems through resilient and secure cloud infrastructure. The position serves as a senior technical expert, driving automation, reliability, and infrastructure as code best practices to enhance system performance and compliance. The role also involves mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable infrastructure.
- Responsibilities:
• Deliver highly elastic cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm and enable self-service pipelines to reduce manual effort
• Promote best practices in cloud-native security and development within the team
• Mentor team members on complex technical and cloud infrastructure challenges
• Model systematic and methodical task execution
• Provide project status updates and reports to managers and stakeholders
• Act as a liaison to other teams to establish clear agreements and shared objectives
• Drive projects to completion and conduct rigorous code reviews
• Implement continuous process improvements and automate operational tasks
• Ensure all infrastructure is managed as code with Terraform and can be rebuilt without manual configuration
- Requirements:
• Experience in application development, DevOps, site reliability engineering, or cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
• Proven ability managing AKS/Azure clusters in production
• Practical knowledge of Azure cloud services, GitHub workflows, and infrastructure automation
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud-native environments
• Effective communication skills and collaborative work style
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot application development or maintenance is a plus
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $86,600 - $144,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to reflect local market rates
• This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus
