- Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones and stakeholder alignment
• Balance broad outcome focus with attention to critical details
• Guide the technical direction of projects, validating and iterating quickly as needed
• Define success criteria and assess risks and opportunities regularly
• Maintain effective communication with diverse stakeholders on project status
• Present progress and trade-offs to senior leadership clearly and concisely
- Requirements:
• 7+ years in software development with at least 5 years in a TPM or equivalent role
• Experience using AI to automate processes and enhance team productivity
• Ability to clarify ambiguous problems, define challenges, and drive solutions to completion
• Self-motivated and adaptable to varied team workflows
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and influence with stakeholders
• Knowledge of ML models, LLMs, LRMs, feature development, model testing, and resource management
• Familiarity with A/B testing, incremental delivery, and deployment
• Rapid learning ability for new technologies
• Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal contexts
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale ML/AI platforms and AI-powered product development
