Role summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to lead development efforts, design scalable web applications, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend technologies, particularly Angular (5+ years experience). You will be responsible for building robust backend services and responsive frontend applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and ensuring code quality through reviews and unit testing. This position involves active participation in architectural discussions and solution design, as well as optimizing application performance and resolving production issues.

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, especially Angular (5+ years), and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable solutions, and mentor team members while actively contributing to coding and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications
Develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build responsive and dynamic frontend applications using Angular (v8+)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and unit testing
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Participate in architectural discussions and solution design
Optimize application performance and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Backend:

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations

Frontend:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Angular (v8 or above)
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS
Experience with responsive UI and modern frontend architecture
