Customer Experience Associate
Role summary
Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join their elite team in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX. This hybrid role focuses on supporting users through complex financial topics via chat, email, and phone, acting as the company's voice with exceptional empathy and product expertise. The associate will drive continuous improvement by identifying user needs and communicating feedback, while growing their financial services expertise. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries with independent judgment in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a passion for customer support, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work within a 24/7 service model. Prior customer support experience is preferred, and a financial services background is a plus.

We demonstrate insane customer focus related to a range of needs from simplistic to complex through chat, email, and phone channels. This is an unlicensed role focused on providing high-touch support and guidance on our financial products and platform features.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
