This role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale the Partnerships (GTM) team, managing relationships with large enterprise clients and guiding them through launch and growth. The position involves shaping partnership terms, closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of experience in sales/GTM roles, demonstrating operational excellence, leadership, and initiative in a fast-paced startup environment. They serve over 2M patient lives and manage $10B+ in medical spend annually, supporting leading healthcare groups backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Kleiner Perkins, Stanford, Khosla Ventures, and others. Their mission is to help more people innovate in healthcare so more patients receive affordable care. The leadership team previously founded and led a national digital health company (with over $15M raised and 100+ employees, later acquired by a 1,000+ person incumbent). This is a tight-knit, fast-moving team focused on solving some of healthcare’s biggest problems.

About the Role

The Partnerships/Account Executive will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help scale. This person will lead the growing Partnerships (GTM) team that focuses on bringing in new groups and supporting them as they scale.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage relationships with large enterprise clients (often founders of fast-growing startups)
  • Guide clients through launching and scaling successfully
  • Shape partnership terms (scope, pricing, timelines)
  • Close deals efficiently by resolving concerns and ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Maintain client satisfaction through regular touchpoints and support
  • Lead with drive, grit, empathy, and high-velocity execution
  • Own cross-functional projects that are leadership priorities
  • Build/refine systems to boost GTM productivity and prepare for 10x growth
