Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 2–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to support manufacturing and process operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
Support automation projects from design through implementation and deployment
Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams
Ensure automation systems comply with GMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and maintain system documentation, including SOPs and technical specifications
Troubleshoot automation issues and support continuous process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or related Engineering field
2–10 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device industry
Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, DeltaV, etc.) and SCADA systems
Knowledge of GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and GMP compliance
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
