Location:
Fort Worth, TX (hybrid 3 days onsite- 2 days remote)

Employment Type:
6- Month Contract (possible extension)

Pay Rate:
58.39 USD/Hour

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our client's team in the supply chain sector. In this role, you will contribute to establishing and maintaining regional master data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and maintain master data management standards for product and customer data.
  • Provide input to US & Global governance teams in defining master data governance rules and processes.
  • Act as a functional expert for Finished Good Specification management and item setup within the Lifecycle Management Process.
  • Drive process improvements for master data with data owners to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze systems for errors, troubleshoot integration issues, and eliminate data entries.
  • Deliver testing support for new system enhancements and integrations.
  • Communicate effectively to provide a clear understanding of master data status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate regional initiatives related to Product Master Data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or other Business Disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and data governance frameworks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, organized, and project-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of GS1 standards and customer-driven data needs.
