Director of Software Engineering
to lead global web engineering teams building
high-scale, customer-facing web applications
used by millions worldwide. This is a hands-on leadership role combining
technical expertise, product influence, and people development

What You’ll Do

- Lead, mentor, and grow
multiple engineering teams
across co-located and remote locations
- Drive the
web platform roadmap
and deliver impactful digital experiences
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to bring
customer-focused solutions
to life
- Establish and promote
engineering best practices
, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable architectures
- Use data and metrics to drive
quality, predictability, and continuous improvement
- Influence technology decisions and guide teams on
high-performance, reliable web systems

What You Bring

- 10+ years building
customer-facing software at scale
- 5+ years leading
high-performing engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with
modern web frameworks
(React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Java, Node.js)
- Strong understanding of
APIs, microservices, CI/CD, cloud platforms, performance, and observability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
