We are seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology initiatives, drive digital transformation, and safeguard our information assets. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the technological future of SK Security, ensuring robust systems, cutting-edge solutions, and operational excellence.

Duties

  • Develop and execute the company's technology strategy aligned with business goals, emphasizing innovation and security.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure including cloud computing platforms.
  • Lead the development of enterprise software solutions.
  • Drive strategic planning for disaster recovery, business continuity planning, risk management, and system design to ensure operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish budgets for technology investments while negotiating vendor contracts for hardware and software solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer networking including WANs (Wide Area Networks), firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
  • Proficiency in AI (Artificial Intelligence), .
  • Strong background in software development frameworks; expertise in application development across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in senior leadership roles involving strategic planning and organizational growth.
  • Excellent negotiation skills paired with experience managing budgets; adept at vendor relations and procurement negotiations.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly; strong project management skills with a focus on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
