Role summary

Sogeti is seeking a Digital Product Manager to contribute to digital experiences within the Life Sciences sector. The role involves defining and executing product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise-scale websites, overseeing CMS operations, content workflow, and UX optimization. Responsibilities include owning and prioritizing the product backlog, managing features from ideation to launch, and optimizing engagement using data analytics and SEO insights. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of digital product management experience in agile environments, with a strong understanding of CMS, and experience in the Pharmaceutical, Digital Health, or Life Sciences industry.

What you will do at Sogeti:

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for enterprise scale websites
  • Oversee CMS operations, content workflow and UX optimization
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on user value, metrics, and release planning.
  • Manage features from ideation through launch, including discovery, design, development, QA, UAT, and release orchestration.
  • Maintain transparency with stakeholders through regular updates on product vision, roadmap progress, and outcomes.
  • Use analytics, SEO insights, and performance data to optimize engagement, traffic quality, and conversion outcomes.

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management or related experience
  • Proven success managing digital products in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics would be nice to have
  • Experience with Content Management Systems is required. Experience with AEM and/or Figma is preferred
  • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Digital Health or Life sciences Industry is needed. Experience with Patient Engagement or Experience would be nice to have

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired ator near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 90K-132k.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
