Role summary
Seeking a hands-on AI Product Manager to spearhead the creation of a new AI-driven product for a pharma commercial organization. This 0→1 role involves identifying business needs, defining product vision and strategy, creating roadmaps, and guiding development with engineering, data, and UX teams. The focus is on delivering a production-grade AI solution, not a POC, utilizing cloud platforms like AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks. This individual contributor position requires strong AI product expertise and ideally, pharma commercial domain knowledge. The initial engagement is for 3-4 months with potential for extension.
Client is looking for a hands-on AI Product Manager to define and build a new AI-driven product for their pharma commercial organization (field, marketing, or market access functions).
This is a 0→1 product role focused on identifying business pain points, defining the product vision, creating the roadmap, and driving development through collaboration with engineering, data, and UX teams.
The person will own the full product lifecycle, including strategy, PRD creation, success metrics, and rollout planning.
The goal is to deliver a production-grade AI solution—not a POC—leveraging platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
This is an individual contributor role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong AI product experience and preferably pharma commercial domain knowledge.
Initial engagement is 3–4 months with potential extension.
