Role summary

We are seeking a hands-on AI Product Manager to build and launch a next-generation AI product for a pharmaceutical commercial organization. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in 0→1 environments, take end-to-end ownership, and can translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing business problems in field sales, marketing, and market access, defining product vision and roadmaps, creating PRDs and user stories, and partnering with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure the delivery of production-grade AI solutions. Experience with platforms like AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks is expected.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize business problems across
field sales, marketing, and market access
- Define
product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Create and own
PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with
engineering, data science, and UX teams
to drive execution
- Ensure delivery of
production-grade AI solutions
(not POCs)
- Leverage modern platforms like
Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Databricks
or similar
- Drive
product launch, adoption, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

- 6–10+ years in
Product Management
, with strong exposure to
AI/ML products
- Proven experience building
0→1 products
from ideation to launch
- Solid understanding of
data platforms, ML workflows, and analytics ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business & tech teams
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with strategic thinking ability
- Experience in
pharma / life sciences commercial domain
is a plus
