Role summary

Sploot is seeking a Veterinarian for its urgent care and general practice clinic, offering a flexible 3-4 day workweek with no overnights. The role emphasizes high-quality medicine with 45-minute appointments, a strong nursing team, and pre-visit triage. The ideal candidate will be DVM/VMD licensed in Colorado, with 1+ year of experience preferred, and comfortable with collaboration and continuous learning. Experience in surgeries and dentals is a plus. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$160,000, a ProSal model, sign-on/relocation bonuses, unlimited CE, pet benefits, medical insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO.

What Makes You a Great Fit
