Role summary

Spot & Tango is seeking a Product Manager to join their Digital Product team. This role involves partnering with product managers and cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, marketers) to design and build intuitive customer experiences for a growing e-commerce platform in the pet health and wellness industry. Responsibilities include translating business needs into PRDs and tickets, supporting agile development workflows, assisting with product launches and QA, and collaborating with data teams to track feature performance and A/B tests. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

- 3-5 years of experience in a product management, software development, program management, strategy, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teammates

### What the job involves
- As a Product Manager on Spot & Tango’s Digital Product team, you will partner with product managers to work cross-functionally with software engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to design and build intuitive, delightful experiences for our customers
- This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing ecommerce platform and drive immediate impact at a leading pet health & wellness brand
- Translate business needs into clear PRDs and tickets in partnership with engineers and stakeholders
- Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to assist in building and QAing high-quality digital products, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
- Participate in product launches by reviewing new functionality, logging issues, and helping triage feedback so bugs and enhancements are surfaced and prioritized appropriately
- Work with engineers and QA analysts to identify and prioritize production bugs
- Support development workflows, including sprint planning, ticket refinement, tracking timelines, and flagging risks or blockers
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to track feature performance and A/B tests by identifying key metrics, analyzing data, and preparing summaries or insights for stakeholders
