About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Growth Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data organization. This pivotal role supports our Marketing, Growth, and Product teams by providing in-depth analytics that illuminate how customers discover, evaluate, activate, and expand on our platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to analyze the entire growth funnel—from acquisition to long-term customer value—and translate complex data into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in optimizing marketing investments, evaluating product-led growth initiatives, and designing experiments to foster sustainable growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of growth and marketing analytics, capable of operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and partnering effectively across multiple teams to drive data-informed decision making.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, product analytics, business analytics, or related fields
- Proven experience supporting Marketing, Growth, Acquisition, Revenue, or Product teams in high-growth environments
- Extensive hands-on experience with experimentation, including A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and funnel experimentation
- Deep expertise in attribution modeling, campaign measurement, UTM tracking, and marketing performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and payback period
- Strong SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets, preferably in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
- Excellent business judgment, communication skills, and ability to translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, data, product, engineering, and finance teams
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics across various growth channels including paid, organic, partnership, affiliate, referral, and in-product channels
- Own comprehensive analysis of the entire growth funnel, from acquisition through long-term customer value
- Develop and refine attribution models, campaign measurement frameworks, and marketing efficiency metrics to evaluate performance and ROI
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments such as A/B tests, onboarding tests, pricing experiments, and feature rollouts to inform product and marketing strategies
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel metrics, and experiment results
- Analyze customer journeys using campaign data, product usage, conversion events, and lifecycle touchpoints to identify growth opportunities
- Support advanced analyses including LTV modeling, segmentation, propensity scoring, churn analysis, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to improve data quality, event tracking, and reporting infrastructure
- Communicate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across departments and executive leadership
