About The Role
As a DevOps Engineer at Predictive Sales AI, you will be instrumental in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our infrastructure and client-facing platforms. Your role involves taking ownership of deployment pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and spearheading automation initiatives to streamline operations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and enterprise clients to implement best practices in deployment, system monitoring, and infrastructure management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence DevOps strategies and contribute to the architecture of scalable, high-availability systems. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Solid understanding of DNS, SSL certificate management, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Office365 administration and enterprise environment management
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Adaptability and quick learning capabilities
Responsibilities
- Own and execute deployments, releases, and patch management through Azure DevOps pipelines
- Enhance CI/CD workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Ensure successful rollout of patches across enterprise platforms with minimal downtime
- Design and develop automation scripts to reduce manual processes and increase operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure and operational workflows continually
- Manage DNS configurations, domain migrations, and backend system updates
- Issue, install, and monitor SSL certificates to maintain uninterrupted service
- Administer and maintain Office365 environments and manage user access
- Diagnose and resolve system, data, and performance issues proactively
- Monitor system health and recommend improvements to enhance reliability
- Support internal teams with device setup, technical troubleshooting, and IT support
- Manage office equipment inventory and onboarding logistics
- Provide professional, timely email-based support to clients and employees
- Lead and support migration of legacy platform clients into the CMS platform, ensuring data integrity during domain changes
- Maintain accurate system documentation and metadata, contributing to process standardization
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint planning sessions
- Collaborate across departments with engineering, client services, and leadership teams
- Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing within the team
