About The Role
We are seeking a serious and talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for usability, usefulness, and visual appeal. You will work on a variety of client-facing and internal projects, each with unique requirements that often involve adopting new technologies and design methods. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly open, collaborative, and agile environment, following Scrum principles. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional user experiences by creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, as well as collaborating with developers to implement interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3. Additionally, you will research and test usability, provide design recommendations, and stay current with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. This role offers opportunities to learn new skills, work with diverse teams, and contribute to innovative solutions across multiple projects.
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Experience creating wireframes and prototypes
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of effective and visually appealing software experiences
  • Current knowledge of UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOps
  • Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills with the ability to translate designs into functional interfaces
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Open-minded with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Desire to work in an agile, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging and user-friendly online experiences for various projects
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design ideas
  • Conduct research, discovery, and usability testing to inform design improvements
  • Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
  • Build and modify interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement and modify Angular applications
  • Provide recommendations and evaluations for new design concepts and architectural improvements
  • Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
  • Learn and work with unfamiliar technologies to expand skill set and project capabilities
  • Participate actively in team discussions, sprint planning, and reviews following Scrum methodology
