About The Role
We are seeking dedicated and experienced UI/UX Designers to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for usability, visual appeal, and functionality. Working within a highly open and collaborative environment that follows Scrum methodology, you will work on a diverse range of client-facing and internal projects, each with unique requirements and technological needs. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and collaborating with developers to translate designs into functional applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design, eager to learn new technologies, and capable of solving complex problems independently. Your work will directly impact the quality and effectiveness of our digital products, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Proven ability to create wireframes and prototypes
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of effective and aesthetically pleasing software experiences
  • Current knowledge of UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and Visual Studio Code
  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS3, with the ability to translate designs into code
  • Experience modifying existing Angular applications
  • Ability to research, discover, and conduct usability testing
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to emerging technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, user-centric online experiences that meet client needs
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas effectively
  • Conduct research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and other interactive components
  • Build and modify interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Angular frameworks
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Provide recommendations and evaluations for new design concepts and architectural improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality
  • Learn and adapt to unfamiliar technologies as required by project needs
  • Participate actively in team meetings, sprint planning, and review sessions following Scrum methodology
